Couple looking for a decent stay
The receptionist was friendly, gave us a map with great tips. The location was spot on, just a short walk from the train station, and we had a peaceful sleep, no noise at all.
Wasn't cheap but still acceptable and you know, probabaly there's better out there.

The hotel was quiet, clean and well run, with an ample breakfast. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Very quck access to public transport and tourist info, yet the location is in a safe, fairly quiet area, with a variety of eating places quite closeby. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great value for money in the centre of Turin. No need to blow the bank on luxury in such an amazing city. Staff are great!

A well-located hotel with a cozy atmosphere, I appreciated the friendly staff and clean rooms equipped with a small balcony. The breakfast was good, offering a lovely range of food. Be mindful if you have heavy luggage, as there are no elevators. Definitely a pleasant stay overall.

This is an excellent hotel in a central location with really friendly and helpful staff. The room is spotlessly clean and well appointed with a brilliant shower. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. Given the price and that you will probably be out seeing the wonderful sights of Turin then all you really need is somewhere clean to sleep and wash and this is it.
Very soft mattress. Very slow and expensive Internet.

The helpfulness of the staff. They were excellent despite my inability to speak Italian.
The inability to pay for the booking via debit card.

+ Good localization + friendly staff + cleanliness
- No free wi-fi - smell of tobacco in the room - tiny and leaky shower cabin - draughty window (noises from the street waking me up!)

It's charming how the reception staff pretend to care, while my air conditioning was hotter than the heatwave outside. I also can't believe I had to drag my suitcase up the stairs like a peasant. I almost considered writing a good review but their lack of room upgrades ruined it for me.

Excellent location near Porta Nuova station, very reasonably priced, clean, in a nice old building.
Street noise made sleeping difficult.

Breakfast is not very good, but paying around 30 or 40 euros a night is kind of what you expect since the room and the hotel itself are fine.
